Jump Courses

You want to jump by your own? It just needs 3 days till your first skydive - nearly every week starts a new course. We offer Static line and Accelerated Freefall Courses (medical certificate is necessary).

Established in 1992, TAKE OFF Fallschirmsport is one of the most experienced professional schools in Germany. Our range of training options includes static line and AFF courses. In the static-line course, the parachute is opened automatically by a line attached to the aircraft immediately after exiting at an altitude of around 1,200 meters. In the AFF course, you can enjoy freefall on your very first jump. After thorough preparation, two instructors accompany you while you experience around 50 seconds of freefall time on a jump from 4,000 m.

Each course starts with around two days of intensive preparation covering both theoretical and practical aspects (design and operation of a parachute system, posture when exiting and during freefall, responding to unusual circumstances). Depending on the number of participants and the weather conditions, you will experience your first jump at the end of the second day or during the third. The entry-level static-line and AFF courses each involve one jump day; please plan for around six jump days for the complete AFF course with a total of seven jumps.

Our active season is from March until November. We offer courses nearly every week from April to October (Friday to Sunday or Monday to Wednesday). Once you have completed the three-day introduction, you may continue the course at any time during our regular operations. Participants must be at least 14 years old (minors must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian). A valid medical certificate is required.

Use this online booking system to make your reservation for a specific course or to order a gift certificate. You may either make a down payment of EUR 50.00 or pay the full price immediately. Four-color tickets or gift certificates mailed to you with an invoice are subject to an additional EUR 5 postage and handling fee. You can, however, save the fee by printing the ticket or gift certificate yourself and save the postage and handling fee. The gift certificate is valid for three years.

The courses are in German Language. If it's to uncomfortable for you to follow the course in German, we can arrange extra courses in English. Don't hesitate to ask.
